HR & Associates has 35 years of combined public and private sector experience with a wide variety of organizations. Our core services include contract planning and land use consulting, municipal services consulting, process improvements, and organizational assessments. We also offer team building, city management, relationship/collaboration optimization, strategic planning, performance management and coaching, and process improvement.
It is our mission to assist public and private clients with workload imbalances and to optimize organizational efficiencies to improve service levels and maximize both client and organization satisfaction.
